How to order
Search for products
Go to Search box and search for the products that you need.
To find a product, locate the search box, found in the upper right side, and type in the product's name or keywords related to it.
After selecting the product you wish to order through Henan Medical, please click “Add to Cart” and indicate your desired quantity.
You may at any time view and/or edit the contents of your cart by clicking the cart icon found in the top right corner of all pages on the website. By clicking “View Cart,” you will be able to validate or edit your cart and then proceed to check out.
Once your payment has been made, a Thank You page will appear with your order number indicating that your order has been received. A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.
Credit Cards accepted
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, along with major international credit cards.
The following digital payment methods are accepted: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Billing Address Matching For domestic credit card transactions, for your security HENAN MEDICAL requires that the billing name and address provided during checkout match the information on file with the credit card issuer.
This is a security measure that utilizes an Address Verification System to prevent fraudulent transactions by verifying the authenticity of the payment method. In case of a mismatch, the transaction may be declined.
Except for international credit cards (Shipping to a Freight Forwarder)
HENAN MEDICAL reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
Which method are used to ensure secure payment?
Payments are made via a recognized secure gateway in compliance with industry security standards.
How are taxes applied
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Florida.
